Yasutoshi Yoshida aka Government Alpha is making harsh noise music since the early 90's. He's well known for his diverse and energetic noise sounds. He also creates collage artwork for most of his releases. Yasutoshi Yoshida is based in Tokyo.

Godzilla

This time no earthquake but Godzilla came along my way in Yūrakuchō Toky!
There have been many Godzilla films in the past, remakes, Hollywood, new versions, etc.
Personally I think the original one from 1954 is still the best with an amazing soundtrack by Akira Ifukube.
